Welcome to the Recipes4Health cooking classes! Learn how to create healthy & delicious dishes in the comfort of your own home kitchen for you and your family! All LIVE cooking classes come with a grocery shopping list, a written recipe and a spot in the intimate virtual cooking class. Jazz will teach you tips & tricks for efficiency, how to build recipes, how to substitute ingredients for allergies or preferences, and ways to add flavor without compromising health! You’ll get the chance to ask her any recipe specific questions. Think of it as a 1:1 chance to cook with her & the Recipes4Health community!

For who?

These classes are for any level cook in the kitchen! The recipes are designed for novice and advanced cooks! Try it with your girlfriends, sign up with your parents and/or have your kids participate! You can make it a date night activity or just up your own personal culinary game!

ABOUT THE CHEF

Jazz is a certified nutritional therapist and private chef. She spent the last 4 years working at a private chef for NBA athletes including TJ Leaf, Bojan Bogdonovic and Doug Mcdermott. She has cooked for Lonzo Ball, Dario Saric, Tom Welsh, Bryce Alford, Ike Anigbogu, and TJ McConnell. Jazz had been teaching in person cooking classes before the pandemic hit. These virtual cooking classes will take the place of her in person classes so she can continue to educate & connect with her community. Her style of teaching is relatable, comforting, easy to understand and fun. She has taught professors at universities, childen in kids camps, novice cooks that have never been in a kitchen and experienced chefs! Join as she shares some of her favorite simple and healthy recipes so you can feel confident cooking in the kitchen!

Where is this class?

The classes are hosted on Zoom. Your Zoom link will be in your confirmation email! So make sure you save that & join at the class start time! 

Do I have to show my video?

Of course not! This is YOUR class. Although I love to see your face, you may leave your video off if you are more comfortable that way.

Can I ask questions?

I encourage it! You get me for the duration of the class, so the beauty of cooking live with me is to ask your questions as they come up!

What cooking equipment will I need?

Each recipe will vary. Some recipes will not require any equipment, others will. All necessary equipment will always be shared in the confirmation email once you sign up!

What about timezones?

The timezone is specified, so be sure to check that before you sign up!

How do I purchase this class as a gift?

Simply input the email address which the gift should be sent to in your confirmation email! All the necessary class worksheets will be sent to that email address.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that sometimes class cancellations are necessary. Please contact jazzrecipes4health@gmail.com with your name & class you signed up for 48 hours prior to class start time. We will refund your class fee back to the original form of payment (or, if you prefer, you can sign up for another class with that refund). Please specify in the email. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of a class, we are not able to offer any refunds.
