Green Eggs NO HAM


  1. 2 Whole Eggs

  2. Handful of Kale

  3. Coconut Oil

  4. Splash of Water

  5. Seasoning to Taste (Garlic, Onion, Pepper)


  1. Crack 2 eggs, handful of kale, splash of water and seasoning in a high powered blender and blend.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Pour egg mixture in pan and scramble until cooked.

  4. Serve with a fresh avocado, salsa, or Tapatio!

  • Kale: Eating kale with a meal can help absorb more nutrients in your food, almost double the nutrient intake!
