1/2 Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Cubed Frozen Pineapple
1-2 Cups of Kale or Spinach
2 Pitted Dates
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Hydropro)
Throw in all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes to allow time for the chia seeds to puff up and absorb the liquid (making your smoothie creamier).

Kale: A top anti-oxidant food, and reduce the risk of stomach cancer and ulcers.
Date: Contains insoluble fiber and promotes the movement of material through the digestive tract to increase stool.
Chia Seeds: Contains Omega 3 fatty acids which promotes a healthy heart, reduces inflammation, balances hormones and improves sleep.
