Detoxifying Green Protein Shake


  1. 1/2 Frozen Banana

  2. 1/4 Cup Cubed Frozen Pineapple

  3. 1-2 Cups of Kale or Spinach

  4. 2 Pitted Dates

  5. 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  6. 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  7. 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Hydropro)


  1. Throw in all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes to allow time for the chia seeds to puff up and absorb the liquid (making your smoothie creamier).


  • Banana: Bananas feed the healthy gut bacteria which thickens the stomach linings.

  • Pineapple: Has a blood thinning,anti-fungal and anti-tumor activities.

  • Kale: A top anti-oxidant food, and reduce the risk of stomach cancer and ulcers.

  • Date: Contains insoluble fiber and promotes the movement of material through the digestive tract to increase stool.

  • Chia Seeds: Contains Omega 3 fatty acids which promotes a healthy heart, reduces inflammation, balances hormones and improves sleep.
