Carrot Cake Overnight Oats


  • 2/3 Shredded Carrots

  • 1/2 Cup of Instant Oats

  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp of Raisins

  • 1 Tsp Sweetener of Choice (Honey or Maple Syrup is great)


  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a mason jar, shake and store in the fridge overnight.

  2. The following morning, simply heat and enjoy!


  • Carrots: Carrots provide some of the highest anti-aging antioxidants. They combat those free radicals being caused by external factors we cannot control (stress, pollution etc.)

  • Oats: Contain soluble fiber needed for the body to lower cholesterol and glucose levels.

  • Raisins: Raisins actually contain iron, which helps with the transportation of oxygen and carbon dioxide to and from cells which is vital for energy production.
