
Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
2/3 Shredded Carrots
1/2 Cup of Instant Oats
1/4 Cup of Coconut Milk
1/2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp of Raisins
1 Tsp Sweetener of Choice (Honey or Maple Syrup is great)
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients into a mason jar, shake and store in the fridge overnight.
The following morning, simply heat and enjoy!
