Egg White Margherita Pizza


  • Egg Whites

  • Marinara Sauce

  • Fresh Tomato Slices

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Italian Seasoning (Oregano, Parsley, Basil)


  1. Spray your non-stick pan with coconut oil.

  2. Slowly pour your egg whites into pan on medium-high heat.

  3. Once cooked on one side, flip like a pancake.

  4. Turn off the heat immediately and add your marinara sauce, tomato, cheese and herbs.

  5. Turn stove onto low heat and place lid on the "pizza" until cheese is melted!

You can add any of your favorite toppings to this pizza. Suggestions include: olives, jalapeños and sun dried tomato!


  • Tomato: Anti-oxidant with anti-cancer activities.

  • Eggs: Eggs contain vitamin B12, which helps make protein and carries oxygen to the blood which is essential for energy.
