Sweet Potato Fries
Vegan Aioli Sauce
Wash and peel your sweet potato.
Cut into "french fry" slices.
Soak your potato in a bowl of water for 20 minutes.
Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Place these potatoes on the baking sheet and mix with your hands to ensure the sweet potato slices are coated in olive oil.
Sprinkle the potatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and oregano.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375, then take out and flip all of the potatoes and continue baking for another 10 minutes (30 minutes total).
This is topped with a homemade vegan aioli. Just add all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and you have yourself a garlic aioli!
