1/3 cup of Buckwheat Groats - Learn more about buckwheat here
1/5 cup of Pumpkin Puree (Not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
Cook your buckwheat groats just like you would oatmeal, over stove top on medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes. Continue adding water if needed. Once cooked, take off the heat.
Add pumpkin puree, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and cinnamon.
Mix together all of these ingredients.
Optional toppings: Banana for some flavor and maple syrup as a sweetener.
