Mediterranean Pizza Bites w/ Tzatziki Sauce


INGREDIENTS

  • 100% Whole Grain Pita

  • Hummus

  • Black Pitted Olives

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Red Onion

  • Feta Cheese

  • Tzatziki

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. Begin with the pita. Then smear a generous layer of hummus, chopped pitted black olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and crumbed feta cheese.

  3. Place this pizza in the oven rack for about 5 - 7 minutes until crispy and warm.

  4. Serve with tzatziki on the side.
